Privacy Notice

This notice explains how I, Donna Kendall, collect and use the information you share with me through donnamkendall.com, my email list and my contact form. If you have any questions, email me at donnamagkendall@gmail.com.

What I collect

• Email list and waitlists. When you join my email list or a waitlist (such as the Ignite Your Power waitlist), I collect your email address and, if you choose to give it, your first name.
• Contact form. When you send me a message through the website, I receive your name, email address and message.
• Booking a call. When you book a Signal Call, Calendly collects the details you enter on its booking page and shares them with me.

How I use it

• To send you the emails you signed up for, such as waitlist updates, offers and teachings.
• To reply to your messages and arrange calls you book.

My email provider records whether emails are opened and which links are clicked. I use this only to understand what is useful to my readers.

I do not sell or rent your personal information.

Services I use

Your information is handled by these providers on my behalf:

• Kit (email list and signup pages): kit.com/privacy
• Netlify (website hosting and the contact form): netlify.com/privacy
• Calendly (call booking): calendly.com/privacy
• Google (my email inbox, where contact form messages arrive): policies.google.com/privacy

These providers may keep standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, to run and secure their services.

Your choices

• Every email I send includes an unsubscribe link. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• You can email me to ask what information I hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted.

How long I keep it

I keep your email list details while you are subscribed. If you unsubscribe, you will no longer receive emails from me. Your record may remain in my email provider unless you ask me to delete it, which I will do on request. I keep contact form messages for as long as they are useful for our correspondence.

Programs and purchases

If you buy a program or product from me, separate purchase terms and any additional privacy information for that product will be provided at the time of purchase.

Changes to this notice

If I change how I handle your information, I will update this page and the date at the top.
